Reading Room: Monday through Friday 9.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.; Saturdays: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
Distribution: Monday through Friday 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Access

Access to the reading room and collections is reserved to scholars in possession of an access pass.

The access pass is issued to:

- professors and researchers in possession of a document attesting to their professional position
- fellowship holders and doctorate students with certification from a university, the CNR or a similar institution
- students and degree candidates with a letter of recommendation from their professor
- collaborators of the Museo Galileo
- scholars who do not fall within the above categories but can demonstrate a legitimate need to access the library collections for their research and studies
