Podcast Spazi di ScienzaThe Rete Toscana Musei Scientifici (Tuscany Network of Science Museums) has created, with the financial support of Regione Toscana, a podcast titled “Spazi di Scienza”, produced by NWFactory.media.

Starting from January 12th, every week, a new episode is online focusing on the scientific heritage preserved in the network’s museums. A journey through the wonders of knowledge in fascinating places full of unexpected treasures: from the secret of the sea, to the mysteries and discoveries related to anatomy, botany and mathematics, revealed by famous Tuscan artists, such as Leonardo, Galileo or Fibonacci.

Established in 2020, the Rete Toscana Musei Scientifici includes those museums that preserve and enhance the scientific heritage from the time of Medici and Lorraine families to the present day. It incorporates, in addition to the Museo Galileo, the Museums of the Sistema Museale di Ateneo of the University of Florence, the Museo Leonardiano in Vinci, the Museum of the Fondazione Scienza e Tecnica, the Museo del Tessuto, the Giardino di Archimede, the Museo di Scienze Planetarie and the Museo di Storia Naturale del Mediterraneo.

The “Spazi di scienza” episodes are available for free on Spreaker and major podcast platforms.
