Museo Galileo and GAP Documenting the future are organizing the first hackathon devoted to people thinking they have good ideas for digital administration of on-line cultural resources. The event will be a real competition among work teams that will challenge one another armed with innovative ideas. The event is open to anyone but is especially targeted to developers, cultural heritage professionals, marketing and communication experts, application and interface designers. The best projects will be awarded and the winners will have the opportunity to work on their realization.
The hackathon is part of the official program of the Third Week of Digital Cultures (April 9-15, 2018), organized by Digital Cultural Heritage, Arts & Humanities School under the patronage of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 and the Italian Ministry for Education, University & Research.
