As part of the project "Il Salotto di Galileo", conceived with the collaboration of the Associazione Legamidarte, on Sunday, December 11 Museo Galileo’s library will become an 18th-century salon with scientific shows, musical entertainment and chocolate tastings.
Characters in magnificent epoch costumes will enliven the museum’s halls and visitors will be able to listen to a short talk (in Italian) about chocolate in the 18th century.
The music programme, which is conceived by the Associazione Legamidarte under the artistic direction of Marco Papeschi, will be performed by Marco Papeschi (violin) and Elena Merciadri (harp).
We would like to thank 3C di Pistocchi C. & C. S.a.S. for the cake tastings and the Bottega Filistrucchi for the wigs.
Cost: the museum's entrance fee. Limited seats, reservations required.
