On the occasion of the Festival d’Europa, Museo Galileo proposes a special guided visit to its collections, on a tour stopping in many different countries. Each country is combined with one of the instruments displayed. The activity will be performed in Italian in an interactive mode, following the principles of edutainment.
The third edition of Festival d’Europa, that will take place in Florence from May 6 to 10 May, 2015, focuses on important European themes, such as Development and Cooperation – as the fil rouge of the European Year 2015 – Surveillance and Security of European Citizens, as well as Europe in international relationships.
A rich program of initiatives (exhibitions, performances, concerts, conferences,
workshop, installations and other) will be articulated in the streets of Florence, aiming at enhancing the European idea of Florence.
No reservations required. The cost of the visit is included in the entrance fee.
