Garden of Villa "Le Selve" and Museo Enrico Caruso, Lastra a Signa
A lecture and a dramatic performance (in Italian) will recall the meeting between Galileo and his disciple and friend Filippo Salviati at Villa Le Selve, on the hills of Lastra a Signa, where the Tuscan scientist spent long periods of study. The event will include a visit to the garden of Villa Le Selve and a show at Villa Bellosguardo in the Museo Enrico Caruso.

The meeting point is at the main parking place of Villa Caruso di Bellosguardo, from where participants will walk to the garden of Villa Le Selve.
The event is promoted by Museo Enrico Caruso and Museo Galileo to celebrate the 450th anniversary of Filippo Salviati's death.
