Machines merveilleuses (Mechanical Marvels: From Leonardo da Vinci up to Today’s Technology) is a re-edition of the Renaissance Engineers exhibition projected to tour North Africa. The shows in Tunis, Rabat, Algiers and Tripoli display the whole section devoted to Da Vinci, together with a part on contemporary high technology conceived by Finmeccanica. “Leonardo’s Automobile” is exhibited as well. Machines merveilleuses is promoted by the Museo Galileo, Finmeccanica and the Italian Cultural Institutes of Tunis, Algiers and Rabat.
