Fondazione CR Firenze and Museo Galileo invite you to discover the exhibition "MIRABILIA GRAPHICA. Ignazio Muligino’s Micrographic Calligrams" through an exclusive guided tour with the exhibition curator, followed by a hands-on workshop led by expert calligrapher Caterina Scardillo.
Through a brief journey through the history of writing in the 17th and 18th centuries, we will discover how artists and calligraphers transformed words into images, giving life to works of extraordinary sophistication.
Each participant will then have the opportunity to personally try handwriting with a fountain pen, exploring the gestures, shapes, and tools of traditional calligraphy.
No prior skills or experience are required.
The activity is in Italian language
Duration: 2 hours – max 15 people
