For groups, including school groups, with a minimum of 15 people, access is subject to booking.

Booking is mandatory for both self-guided tours and tours with a guide.

To ensure safety within the exhibition rooms, groups of more than 30 people will be divided into subgroups.

Booking has an additional cost of €1.00 per ticket and must be made via email at gruppi@museogalileo.it.

The booking office is open from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM, excluding holidays.

Groups are not permitted to purchase admission tickets through the online ticket office.

The purchase of admission tickets is considered a supply of leisure services that the Organizer "Museo Galileo" undertakes to provide on a specific date.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph I, letter n) "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal" of the Consumer Code, the Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 52 of the Consumer Code in relation to the purchase of admission tickets.
