Discovering the "MIRABILIA GRAPHICA" exhibition: a workshop on the microscope and microwriting

Fondazione CR Firenze and Museo Galileo invite you to discover the exhibition "MIRABILIA GRAPHICA. Ignazio Muligino’s Micrographic Calligrams" through a series of free activities, including educational workshops and guided tours.
A special tour of the exhibition will lead participants on a fascinating journey to discover the microscope and its application in the figurative realm through the works of the calligrapher Ignazio Muligino.
Participants will be able to try their hand at a practical microwriting exercise to experience firsthand a painstaking and highly complex technique.
The experience will continue in the museum rooms, where it will be possible to observe instruments related to the themes of the exhibition and discover intriguing aspects.
