Storie di cibi e museiMuseo Galileo is proposing, together with Museo Horne, a series of meetings on a common theme: the relationship with food from the 15th to the 17th century. Museo Horne is also a 15th-century Florentine house that preserves evidence of food and has an ancient kitchen inside. Museo Galileo tells the story of the navigators who discovered new foods and allows us to retrace Galileo Galilei's relationship with food and wine, of which he was a lover and expert.
