In May 2017 the Museo Galileo library received as a donation the second part of the personal library of Paolo Rossi Monti (1923-2012), one of the most distinguished historians of science and philosophy of the postwar period.
This part is made up of approximately 6,000 books - among which are the ancient books - and the correspondence archive.
