The Cairo University Central Library hosted a conference organized by Cairo University, Italian Embassy in Egypt and CULTNAT–Center for the Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage of Egypt. Egyptian and Italian scholars attended the convention. Andrea Bernardoni gave a lecture on “Leonardo and mechanics in Italian Renaissance and influence from the Arab World.” The event included the opening of the exhibition Common Science Heritage across the Mediterranean Sea curated by Museo Galileo, Science Heritage Center and CULTNAT.
